My job’s not done when we get you signed up. Have you ever had a claim declined and didn’t know why? You probably had to call some giant unknown call center to try to find out what happened. How did that go? Frustrating? Would you rather have a local person to contact, who can talk to you in terms you understand, and help get you the answers that you need? I think that’s a better way, so that’s what I do!

While I always enjoy meeting with people in-person, I realize it’s not always convenient for the client. Telephone calls, e-mail, texts and virtual meetings are available to make it as easy as possible to get the client the help that they need.
